- Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard Returns and Refunds policy.

Eligibility for a Refund:
- To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be purchased directly from mythosmen.com to be eligible.
How to Claim Your Money Back:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@mythosmen.com within 30 days of receiving your order, explaining the reason for your return.
- Return the Product: Ship the unused product in its original packaging back to the provided address. The return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer and should be returned with "track and trace" only.
- Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important Points to Note:
- Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund.
- The original packaging must be intact for the return to be accepted.

Refunds for Returns
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product(s) only. Original shipping costs, including express or international shipping fees, are non-refundable.

Mythos Men is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or for unclaimed or refused orders. Please ensure all details are correct during checkout.
For issues regarding lost packages, please contact the shipping provider directly, as we cannot assist beyond providing tracking information once the item is dispatched.
Discounted Products:
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that items purchased using a discount code and automatic discount applied are classified as Final Sale merchandise. As such, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These items are sold as-is and cannot be processed for any form of return once the purchase is complete. We encourage customers to carefully review their selections before completing their orders, as we are unable to accommodate returns on discounted items.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to returns for non-defective items to help cover the cost of processing and restocking.
Refund Policy for Stolen or Lost Packages After Delivery:
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, Mythos Men is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen or misplaced, please check with your neighbors or local delivery office. We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for confirmed deliveries.
